The wind and rain in our city will gradually increase in the afternoon of the 23rd, and the period from the night of the 23rd to the 24th will be the strongest period of wind and rain, with a high risk of disaster.

The 18th typhoon of this year, "Huagaza", has been strengthened to the super typhoon level in the morning of September 21, and will enter the northeast of the South China Sea in the early morning of September 23, gradually approaching the coastal areas from the central and western parts of Guangdong to the northeast of Hainan Island.
